PLEASE NOTE: token validity is separate to voucher validity. while tokens are valid for multiple months, once they are redeemed, the resulting voucher may be valid for multiple years.

an in1 gift token is valid for six (6) months after purchase. it’s value will depreciate by 15% every month thereafter.

the token can be redeemed at international properties using the in1 voucher console. this is regardless of the country in which the token was originally purchased.

a token can be redeemed in full or in part. this option will be presented at the payment screen. should its value be insufficient to purchase the desired voucher, the option to “top up” will also be offered at the payment screen.

the console will accept a variety of credit cards and qualifies as both
multi-currency and multilingual.

once redeemed, the recipient will be sent a gift voucher immediately in exchange. this voucher will remain valid for anywhere from three to five (3-5) years, depending on the legislation applying in the country in which the property is based.
